All about Zakynthos

The Mediterranean cypress is an evergreen coniferous tree closely associated with the Greek landscape. It has been used since antiquity for its excellent quality wood but also for its other biological properties until recently it was considered invulnerable to various diseases. In the Ionian it is now in clusters, also for the demarcation of fields or cemeteries.
