All about Zakynthos

Zakynthos is famous for its chees. The “ladotyri” (or "ntopio") is produced from 80% sheep's milk and 20% goat's milk and matured in Zakynthos olive oil. Other local dairy products are myzithra, feta, ladograviera, pretza a goat's creamy white cheese, but also fresh butter, sheep and strained yogurts, creams, etc. Korina's farm is a family farm breeding sheep and goats and producing traditional products.
