All about Zakynthos

In Zakynthos, this small island where sea salt flavors whatever the land gives, we grow this blessed tree, the olive tree.

After olive’s harvesting, the fresh fruit comes to Macherado village at our olive oil mill, which operates under the name of P. & S. Tzavalas – N. Chrysou Co., and there we carefully turn the olive into oil.
