In the courtyard in front of the entrance of the church of Agios Dionysios, in December 2004, the bronze busts of the Bishops Dionysios Plaisas (1852 - 1933), Metropolitan of Zakynthos (20. 11.1894 - 18.12.1933) and Chrysostomos Demetrios (1890 - 1958), Metropolitan of Zakynthos (5.6.1934 - 15.11.1957), works by the sculptor Praxitelis Tzanoulinou (1955 - ). The bust of Metropolitan Chrysostomos Demetrios was created at the expense of the Central Board of Jewish Communities in Greece.
