All about Zakynthos

The house of Ugo Foskolos was built according to the plans of Professor Dion. Zivas, in the place where his house was before the earthquake. The Cultural Association of Zakynthos (P.S.Z.) "Ugo Foskolos", which was founded in 2009. Its goal to errect the historical building of the poet's house, the re-establishment of the Foskolian library and the creation of a museum on Foskolos & Kyriakos Xenos Street in Zakynthos. The construction of the poet's house in its original form was completed in 2016. In front of the house is the sculpture of Ioannis Vitsaris "Mourning Spirit", from the grave of the Stupathi Family.
